Marl Barn Prices & Services
Pitch prices
Pitch prices at Marl Barn are £23.00 per night with EHU.
This includes; Caravans & 1 Vehicle, Motorhomes & 1 Vehicle.
No additional cost for Awnings.
Please note we are no longer taking Tent bookings.
Toilets
We have Toilets on site for our guests. Both Male and Female Toilets have their own wash basin.
Showers
We have Shower facilities available on site. A generous shower room with changing area.
Not all of our guests require the showers and we felt it would be unfair to increase the fees and include showers in with the price per night.
The showers are operated by a coin meter. It is 50p for 6 minutes. They only accept 50p coins but we are happy to change money for you if you don’t have the correct coins.
Washing Up Facility
There is a sink available to use if need be for washing up pots etc..
Hard Standing
We have recently made some improvements to our site, moving the boundary wall and creating additional hardstanding pitches. The 5 site still remains but an additional area of hardstandings through onto the previous camping field helps open the site up and create more space between guests. The pitches are very generous in size with grass to the side of each for your awnings.
Electric Hook Up
Individual Electric Hook Up points are provided for each Hard Standing Pitch and on the grass pitches.
BBQ’s – Fire Pits – TV Signal
You are more than welcome to bring BBQ’s and Fire Pits with you for your stay with us. All we ask is that everything is raised off the ground to prevent any damage being done to the grass etc and also be respectful towards the other campers on site, ensuring smoke isn’t blowing towards another campers pitch etc..
Also please do not use any flammable liquid for lighting them as we have found it to be killing the grass around.
TV Signal at Marl Barn is very good!
Fresh Water
A fresh water tap for drinking and filling your tanks is provided just as you enter our site at Marl Barn.
Chemical Disposal Point
A very private and sheltered chemical waste disposal point with its own flushing system is neatly tucked away at the bottom of the site to to take care of your black waste. We are very proud to state that we do not use the septic tank or soak away method. Our state of the art system has a unique filtration system that eventually turns all the waste into water that can be used on our farm. Adjacent to the CDP are recycling bins to cater for your refuse.
Pets
You are more than welcome to bring your pets along with you while you stay at our site. We don’t charge extras for dogs etc. All we ask is that dogs are kept on leads and not left unattended in the site as we do have livestock in the fields around and please clean up after them.
